CompTIA Project Plus

Every IT project from minor to major requires a project plan and a project manager. The project manager is the glue which holds the entire project together and project management is one of the most exciting, rewarding and challenging careers available. Every project has different requirements and the project manager must balance the needs of the business along with monitoring timescales, deliverables, teams and budgets.

The CompTIA Project+ qualification is internationally recognized and a requirement for many blue chip companies as well as the US Department of Defense. The course is entirely theoretical however we have included a number of case studies and scenarios so you can apply what you have learned to real world challenges.
