This is an excellent infographic! I used this path, essentially as presented, for my own career in IT, now approaching 33 years. For the past 10 years I have been consulting and teaching applied computing (Microsoft and Cisco) and security technology at one of the top 100 private engineering universities in the U.S. I can attest to the effectiveness of this plan. It really gets you to were you want to go. This is the plan. It works. Work it!
Makes perfect sense. Esp like the exit strategy, which stops you getting into a rut, and ensures you always get a pay rise, which is nice.
