Network Address Translation or NAT, for short, converts one IP address for another.
Without NAT, we would have run out of routable IP addresses many years ago. It’s a must-know for any IT person, and it’s tested in many exams, from the Cisco CCNA to the CompTIA Network+.
This lab is configured using the free Packet Tracer network simulation tool from Cisco.
